Plug in with the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about an hour. Wipe the shell with a damp cloth; do not submerge the ball in water.

How long does the ball run on one charge?
About 2–3 hours of active play. It auto-offs when movement stops for a while, so the battery is not wasted sitting idle.
How do I charge it?
Plug the included USB-C cable into any USB power source. A full charge takes about an hour. The ball lights up while charging and settles when it is done.
Will it damage my floor?
The soft silicone bumper is designed to be gentle on hardwood, tile and vinyl. On high-pile carpet the ball will slow down a little but still rolls freely.
Can I leave it running when I am not home?
Yes, that is the whole point. Watch your cat with it for the first few sessions to make sure they are relaxed, then leave it on while you work — the ball shuts off on its own when the room goes quiet.
My cat is scared of it. What do I do?
Some cats take a day or two to warm up. Let them see it switched off first, then switch it on at low activity and from a short distance. If they still are not into it after 30 days, our happy cat promise covers a full refund.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the ball or run it under the tap — the electronics inside are not waterproof.
